Introduction

What is FocusKit?

FocusKit centralizes every tool you need to stay productive. Instead of switching between Notion, a Pomodoro timer, Google Calendar, and a spreadsheet, you get a single dashboard that keeps everything in sync.

It's built for two types of users: university students who juggle deadlines and habits, and developers — freelance or junior — who need to manage projects, track time, and hit career goals without getting lost in tooling.

Core modules

FocusKit is made up of six modules that work together:

Module: What it does

  • Tasks: Organize and prioritize work by project or subject

  • Pomodoro: Focus timer linked directly to a specific task

  • Habits: Track daily habits with a visual streak calendar

  • Notes: Quick capture for ideas, meeting notes, and anything else

  • Goals: Set long-term goals and track progress with real metrics

How it works

  1. Create your account

Sign up at /signup. No credit card required. The free plan is ready immediately — no onboarding wizard, no setup flow.

  1. Choose a plan

The free plan is enough to start. When you need Goals and advanced stats, upgrade to Pro from your dashboard settings at any time.

  1. Open the dashboard

Your workspace is ready immediately. Add your first task, start a Pomodoro session, and set a habit — everything stays in sync automatically.

Works offline

FocusKit works offline for Tasks, Pomodoro, and Notes. Changes sync automatically when you reconnect. Built for library sessions, flights, and anywhere without reliable WiFi.

Offline mode is available on the web app and is coming soon to mobile.
